The Roylety Steel Pan Band, led by Jim Royle, is based out ouf Fairfield County in Connecticut. The group performs throughout Connecticut and in the tri-state area, playing for private parties, corporate events, weddings, anniversaries, Caribbean theme parties, and children's educational concerts. The group can accommodate your function with ensembles ranging from a five-piece Band all the way down to solo pan, all based on your budget. Our repertoire ranges from traditional songs from the Caribbean (Yellow Bird, Jump In The Line), to Reggae styles, Jimmy Buffett, and Latin styles. Educational Residencies and Workshops Reaching out and motivating all generations through steel drum music is a paramount goal of all members of the Rylety Steel Pan Band. The group has developed a unique program of masterclasses and workshops to accommodate a wide range of ages, from elementary school to adult. The residency curriculum spans key elements of Trinidadian music, histories, and styles. Active group participation in pan performances makes the experience truly memorable for students of all ages.
